Amanda Pecot, AIF®, CDFA®
Senior Financial Planner
Amanda Pecot, AIF®, CDFA®
Senior Financial Planner & Investment Advisor
As a Senior Investment Planner, Amanda’s approach to money management is anything but traditional. Amanda believes that everyone has the capacity to maximize their wealth by first cultivating a joyful perspective around money. That’s why she begins each client relationship by guiding them towards a renewed, more joyful approach to money. Then, she helps them create financial strategies that align with their values, dreams, and aspirations.
Amanda’s zeal for the problem-solving side of money management can be traced back to the start of her career in audit and compliance. While she loved the analytical side of things, she quickly realized that audit and compliance is a whole lot of telling people what NOT to do — instead of what they could do! She sought out a change and discovered her true vocation in personal finance and wealth management.
This defining moment transformed the way Amanda approaches every client she serves. She noticed a need for more personal, empathetic relationships within the financial industry, and didn’t want to simply instruct my clients on how to manage their wealth. By empowering them to define their values and dreams, together they can create a plan that aligns with their vision.
Amanda is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), and she holds FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, as well as Life, Heath, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses.
You can also find Amanda teaching and competing in west coast swing dancing, leisurely rollerblading around San Diego, traveling to her favorite destinations for downhill skiing, hosting Scotch whisky tastings, and hanging out with her favorite companion, Laddie, a Black Russian Terrier.
